Side and top cameras crossed against three variables — a 3D tuft, a planted flag, and a wear/damage pass. Vinyl toys are sold on finish, so the finish gets its own round.

The damage pass isn't a mistake state — it's a product decision, and it needs to be seen next to the clean one.
