A Disney+ activation built out of 2000s Disney Channel poster art, developed at three different footprints at once.
Three builds in parallel
A 95-foot layout (v1 and v2), a scaled-down version, and a D+ Perks variant — the same idea costed at three sizes, because the site wasn't settled while the design was.

One scene, two grades
From R11 the scale-down build renders in two states off a single scene: Standard and F&B. Same room, different programming, no rebuild.

Named beats
The 95-foot v2 pass calls its shots — Overhead, PhotoOp, Vanities, Craft Table Tents, a YouTube Room — and R11 adds a three-way seating study (bean bags, bench, chairs) for the TV corner.
