A 50′ diameter tour of Hunger Games-inspired spaces for New York City Comic-Con.
The Challenge
Experiential Supply Co. had an ambitious idea for Lionsgate's The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping fan experience at New York City Comic-Con. But they had to win the project first. We delivered the first iteration within 24 hours, designed from the ground up to sell their vision.

The Concept
A 50′ diameter pop-up with an interior tour through locations from Sunrise on the Reaping. The tour brought fans — and the film's cast — through an alley of District 12, a butterfly-filled meadow from the Games, the broadcasting stage in District 1, and a garden gallery of fan art.

Pitch
We met with Experiential Supply Co. late after hours to pick up the project and turned around a completely new design for their Lionsgate pitch deck in less than a day. Experiential Supply Co. was awarded the job.
Refine
We continued working with Experiential Supply Co. on improved versions to be approved by the author of the books, Lionsgate, and the New York venue. We helped our client work through crowd flow, which Hunger Games locations to visualize, and compliance.
Build
We delivered 3D files to serve as the basis for all structures, props and decorations, for fabrication and rental.

The Result
The 50′ diameter pop-up was built in New York City, with an interior tour through Sunrise on the Reaping locations and a gallery of fan art. The cast walked through the experience, posed for photos, and signed autographs for fans.
